EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICIES: We offer a 7 day return/refund policy. You may send item back (at buyers expense) for refund. Item will be refunded less 20% restocking/service fee. No shipping fees will be refunded. Return item must be in the same condition as received. If an item received was damage or defective, please notify seller within 5 days of receipt of item. Defective items can only be exchanged for same identical item only. Buyer must return defective item back to seller before a replacement item can be ship out.
